Honestly one of the best videos I have seen, I know it’s edited but it’s great to see the behind the scene employees interacting with the artists. KEY is absolutely brilliant and one of the best idols ever. He is straight forward and super sassy. Comedy genius both of them

Thanks to all the hardworking staff that put together some of the greatest groups and discovered some of the most talented artists in Kpop history and continuing to search for new talent. Thanks for working to find new sounds that match SM, putting together really artfully designed albums, doing your best to make our stars look their best (or their most bizarre for the concept) and for taking the hit when fans were unhappy with their choices. Thanks to those kind and hard working managers that take care of our idols even when they are GIANT spoilers like Taemin and Chenle who can't keep a secret to save their lives. And I'm appreciative of those that truly love SM and their artists and really work their butts off to make things go as smooth as possible even when everything feels like its on fire lol

저도 sum카페 면접 봤을때 어떻게 한국말을 배웠냐는 질문 받아서 솔직하게 소녀시대 언니들을 좋아해서 노래 듣고 예능 보고 열심히 배우고 있다고 했더니 면접관분들이 “오?그래요? 소녀시대 예쁘지~”하고 좋은 반응을 보여주셨고 게다가 저를 뽑아주셨던게 기억이 나네요❤

That was actually very interesting. Given the number of people working behind the scenes at these companies it’s hardly surprising I have to pay so much for the albums.

What an interesting show. SM really paved the way for idols and contributed so much to SK's economy when it was failing that it deserves respect. I do find it intriguing that most of the employees are women. Also find it interesting that idols are hurt when one of their team moves to another company. Most employees will seek a job elsewhere if pay/conditions are better. I think idols are so shielded from reality that they become very attached to their teams. ;(.
It was also cool seeing one of GOT7s old managers. I'm guessing he was with them in the very early days as he mentioned he also worked with Wonder Girls.
