She was 27 in the video, most people look very young at that age, and is very young. Also younger than the average age that people are generally considered to be the best looking(which is about 29-30)
Obviously not a 'literal' vampire either way, I wish that word could retain it's actual meaning instead of being bastardized into meaninglessness.
@RachelGamez That's not quite correct either though. They're 1 when they're born and then add a year at each new years. So babies born just before new year would be 2 years old in Korean age, despite being born only a day earlier. Apparently that's being dropped(officially) this year though, if it hasn't been already.

@series25a she went to a top-rated high school in New Jersey. as for why, lots of Korean parents want their kids to learn English so if they have the means they tend to either send them to study abroad or to English-speaking schools in SK
